Hot Clam and Chicken Consomme'

Ingredients:

1 Can Chincoteague Ocean Clam Juice
1-13 3/4 oz. can chicken broth
1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 Cup of chopped parsley or chives

Serving Instructions:

Combine the Ocean Clam Juice and chicken broth in a saucepan and heat to simmer, but do not boil. Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir gently. Add black pepper to taste, then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes and serve. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of chopped parsley or chives if desired. Serves four.
